Hi,

   I found static text in page [ navbar -> stats ] did not came from zh_CN.pm,maybe you can check OTRS system about this problem.
   Another question,what's mean for the following concept:
  (1) Time units(work units)
  (2) pending reminder
  (3) pending auto close+
  (4) pending auto close-
   hope you can explain those words to me,then I can translate them more accurately,

   I will send zh_CN.pm to your team after I finish it.
