Hi Italian speakers, we got an alternative Italian translation for OTRS 1.1 from Gabriele Santilli. Location: http://bogen.net/it.pm What do you think!? Should we replace the current (1.0) Italian translation with this one? Or is the current (1.0) translation better? Thanks for feedback!
