Hello,

 

I have translated otrs into Japanese for OTRS evaluation, but its version is
2.0.4.  Soon I will test 2.1.1 and continue otrs migration into Japanese.

 

I know that otrs have some problem in Japanese environment, especially in
email handling.  But I may send some translated *.pm files and some part of
translated administrater’s manual.

 

Please let me know to where I can post these stuffs.

I am glad to be a little help for otrs development.
