New OTRS 2.3 translations!

Hi all,

OTRS 2.3 is at the end of beta time line. OTRS 2.3 STABLE will be  
released on 2008-08-04.

So it's time to review the current OTRS translation state.

Most of the translation files needed to be updated.

It would be very nice if you could help to updated your language (just
send it back to me :) )!

The current translation files can be found in the latest beta release  
under
http://cvs.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/

PS: http://users.otrs.com/~me/i18n/ is generated daily.
