Re: New OTRS 2.3 translations!

from this patch

there is some encoding problem in lots of messages of Persian
translation and they become some juck character instead of Persian
translation. Just these days, I am working on it to fix them soon. [sorry to
reply in mailing list. I did it to make sure that no one do the same thing.
maybe he/she can use his/her time for another part of translation]
