Hi Bastien,

"Ouvert" it's the only translation acceptable, unquestionably.

Hi,

I write in english, but I think only french people will answer me!

We use otrs in a french environnement, and the default traduction of open is "ouvrir", but for me it is not accurate.
"Open" in our case correspond to the state "it is open" and not to the action "to be open", so for me a better traduction would be "ouvert"

What do you think of this?
