Dear Friends,
Today OTRS 2.3 has a multilanguage interface but I think this is not enough ,We need multi culture system for that.
Every culture has several parameters like Language ,Charset, Time format,Calendar ,Date Format and Writing Direction.
I have a solution,
In next step we must define some object for system
1-calendars
2-Date and Time Formats (for example: first day in week can be defferent)3-languges(Charset,Text Direction ,Translations)(Implemented)
4-Cultures
and make management console for culture management
In Culture Management Menu Administrator can make a culture by selecting a calendar , a Date&Time Format and a Languge.and users (Agents,Customers) can select their favorite culture.
This can help to promote OTRS.
