Multi Culture System for OTRS

Dear Friends,
Today OTRS 2.3 has a Multilanguage interface but I think this is not enough, we need multi culture system for that.Every culture has several parameters like Language, Charset, and Time format, Calendar, Date Format and Writing Direction.I have a solution:In next step we must define some object for system1-calendars 2-Date and Time Formats (for example: first day in week can be different)3-languges(Charset, Text Direction ,Translations)(Implemented)4-Culturesand make management console for culture managementIn Culture Management Menu Administrator can make a culture by selecting a calendar , a Date&Time Format and a Language. And users (Agents, Customers) can select their favorite culture.This can help to promote OTRS. Best RegardsAmir Shams Parsa
