Hi Yann,

You're right that the problem is also present for Lock/ Unlock

I confirmed lock is also used in the toolbar in the zoom view, in this case it means "lock the ticket" and not "the ticket is locked"

Any OTRS expert has an idea to work around this problem (which may not be only French related)?

This problem is also present for Lock/Unlock ; Locked/Unlocked

in zoom view there is in right panel :

Locked: lock or unlock

In french the translation is not good, but because Locked perhaps used
in another template i don't know if I can transform.

The best will be:

Lock State: Unlocked or Locked

translated :

État du verrou : Verrouillé ou Déverrouillé

with the open term it's the only terms i think where there is a
problem like this (in my memory).
