Hi Amir, The ITSM module is not translated to Persian yet and there are few words in OTRS itself that are used in new versions and not translated yet. Additionally there are very very little words in translation that must be changed. For example the word "Stat" is translated to "وضعیت" (that means Status) while it must be "گزارشات" (that mean Reports or Statistics). Many thanks to your consideration.
