FW: Persian Translation Improved

Hi Friends




This is Improved Persian translation file.
1.New 24 terms translated.
2.Some translation has improved like "Escalation" , "Lock" and "Priority". 
I had changed these terms at 2.3 release but my last post did not applied.
Now I ask Mr. Martin apply the attached file (Zip file is for more surety) as last version.
