Update for pt_BR files

I am presently using OTRS ITSM 2.0.2 (Framework 2.4.7). I've made a hard
work on pt_BR*.pm files in order to get them almost 100% translated and I'd
like to share them with everybody. Some entries not present in Brazilian
files were inserted based on Deutsch files. Some files until now not yet
created in Brazilian language were created too. Before someone uses the
files attached, I'd like to advert everyone that the string "Ticket" were
translated for me as "Solicitação" (something like "Solicitation" or
"Requisition", in English) and the string "Agent" were translated as
"Atendente" (something like "Attendant", in English.

I would get very happy if the files attached were present in the next
release of OTRS.
