Re: Update for pt_BR files

hehehehe... I think that we both are working in the same project... 
That's good... not a bad think... ;)

Well, I liked your agent translation and borrowed it... just translated 
differently Ticket. I used the word "chamado" since it's a more usual 
term in support environment. Anyway, see attached the whole set of files 
that I could grab for translation.

You will see that there are more files in my set. Murilo, you forgot to 
translate "AgentTimeAccounting" and "AgentZoom". Please find them in the 
attached file.

But, after all this translation job I found that:
1- there remain a bunch of untranslatable string. They are hard-coded. 
Mostly in the ITSM package;
2- many translation are present in German file, others in Enblish file 
and there was one that I only found in the Russian file. Isn't there a 
reference file with all translation files?

Just my 2 cents... :)
