Hi Edson!

Really, the word "chamado" would be much more appropriated on most of
support environment. But here at the enterprise I work we use a software
that name IT request as "Solicitação" and I wanted to have backward
compatibility. :) My installation didn't contain the files
"AgentTimeAccounting" and "AgentZoom", maybe because of this I didn't get
these files translated too. I've borrowed your files. :)

Still about untranslatable strings, I'd like to add:
On Admin page: string "State Machine".
On second, third and forth pages of a stat editing: Options "No" and "Yes"
of "Review Required" item and options "Approved"..."Rejected" of "Resulting
Decision" item.
After a session has expired: message "SessionID invalid! Need user data!".
Any pdf output of a ticket: Labels "Customer info" and "Articles".
On any Agent page: Message that appears on mouse-over event for Change icon.
The default is "Change-Area".
