Re: FreeText in CustomerTicketZoom screen

First of all, your English is just fine. Second of all, this is the i18n
list (that's short for 'internationalization' - just count the letters
between i and n). That means that this list is actually meant to discuss
translation issues with OTRS, and not for more general information
questions such as you posted.

I saw you posted on the [email protected] list as well, and people responded
to your email suggesting that it's not in OTRS and it would need some
code to get it in. I can understand that you might not be in the
position to carry out these changes. So I'd suggest that, if you really
need this change, you find a programmer who is able to do so for you.

If you're interested, please just drop me a line and we can discuss what
we can do for you on a commercial basis.
