Hmm, I think I'll buy your arguments. We should use the term "Agent" and "Eier" throughout the translation. I think that will bring more happiness for all... (: This leads me to another thing. I have used the term "Saksbehandlersiden" for "Agent interface" and "Kundesiden" for "Customer Interface". Perhaps some other term is needed, as well? How about "Agent-delen" and "Kunde-delen"?
