Updated Norwegian Translation

Hi all, Here is a new nb_NO.pm updated for 3.0.5. The main changes are that I changed the translation of "agent" to be "agent" instead of "saksbehandler". Also, added translations for some phrases that went blank after last update. Still not complete, though, but at least it's working for agents and customers. Also, I send a nb_NO_FAQ.pm, for the FAQ module. Couldn't find any Norwegian translation for this module, so this should do nicely. For now, at least. @Lars Erik Utsi Gullerud: Feel free to continue the work, I just posted this to add the last changes we agreed upon.
