Hi all, I've translated most of the french version for OTRS, for the unstranslated content. You will find the file here : http://www.mediafire.com/file/696b0ei2p9fz583/fr.pm Actually, there is one block (around the line 2405) that is not translated yet, but except that, the rest has been translated. I'm still using the 3.0.4 version of OTRS, so I'm not aware of the new text.
