I'll be glad to cooperate wite Remi on the french translation.
Actually, you are right, I was wrong by using the word "Technicien", "Operateur" is more correct in that case (Operators handle tickets, technician is not an apropriate term).
I'll wait for Remi's answer in order to merge our files.
