Thanks for your contribution!

I noticed you renamed "Agent" from "Operateur" to "Technicien",
everywhere but in the Admin interface, where you renamed it from
"Operateur" to "Agent". Apart from that, I think your translation looks
good. (obviously, it's easy for me to say because I don't know much
about French). You did make a considerable amount of updates to the
file.

Remy Seguy (cc) submitted previous translations of OTRS; I'd like to
hereby ask you to coordinate these changes with him.
For your convenience, please find attached your submitted file,
synchronized with OTRS and then diffed against the file we currently
have in the 3.0 branch.

Ideally I'd like to have his OK on the changes before we merge your
version.
