Re: New french translations

Hi Evans,

I'm very interested to look at your revised French translation file. I work
for the Government of Canada and we must offer OTRS in French too.

I see that you work in Quebec province as well. Does your translation
refIect "French-Canadian" rules?

If possible, I suggest we create a new *French-Canada (FR_CA)* variant in
OTRS because there's quite a few differences with the official one from
France.
