German translation additions for CSV output

Dear all,

Could you please be so kind and apply the following additions to the german=
 language file so that the ticket search CSV headers are correctly translat=
ed:

   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstLock'}   =3D 'Erstsperrzeit=92;

   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstResponse'}   =3D 'Erstantwortzeit';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstResponseInMin'}   =3D 'Erstantwortzeit in M=
inuten';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstResponseDiffInMin'}   =3D 'Erstantwortzeitd=
ifferenz in Minuten=92;

   $Self->{Translation}->{'SolutionInMin'}   =3D 'L=F6sungszeit in Minuten';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'SolutionDiffInMin'}   =3D 'L=F6sungszeitdifferen=
z in Minuten';

   $Self->{Translation}->{'UserFirstname'}   =3D 'Benutzervorname';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'UserLastname'}   =3D 'Benutzernachname';

   $Self->{Translation}->{'customer realname'}   =3D 'Kundenanzeigename=92;

I thought about a pull request but I wasn=92t sure where in the language fi=
le these additions should be added to.
