Reordering attributes in view of new phone ticket.

Good evening, I have a question, as I can change the order of attributes 
in the view of the module New Phone ticket ??

That is need to change the order, for example, the default name is 
second, as you would to place it in the last, so the same with the 
dynamic fields? I want to place them anywhere. I appreciate the help 
very much !!!
