Extreme slow around here too.

Database Server:
    - openSUSE 42.1
    - Postgres 9.5.4
    - 4 vCPU
    - 8 GB RAM

Application Server :
    - openSUSE 42.3
    - Apache 2.4.23
    - 4 vCPU
    - 12 GB RAM
