Guten Tag, gibt es eine Möglichkeit eine ACL zu erstellen, die anhand der AgentenRolle Tickettypen auf der Ticket erstellen Form (AgentTicketPhone) ausblendet? Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist das Ticket noch nicht erstellt.
