Thanks, installed!  However there is some confusion here on the
meaning of "api.token.constructor".  Its purpose it to generate
the make_TOKEN functions.  I just noticed that because of various
renamings in C++, these functions are still generated in other
cases, but they should not.

Yes, they are related to the way the tables are generated, they do
not change anything in the code itself.  So they are cross-languages.
