This tag changed its name from associative_sequence_tag to associative_tag between boost_1_39_0 and boost_1_42_0. See the file boost/fusion/support/category_of.hpp with the define FUSION_CATEGORY_OF_07202005_0308 which is unchanged. Is this documented somewhere?
