I understand that these are important characteristics to you as a 
developer.  But why would a non-technical user care how the text is 
stored?  The user can't even see it.  A user can access plugins, but the 
normal user probably won't notice them unless they have an advanced need. 

This description is a brief non-technical description of user visible 
characteristics.  It was intended to be brief and succinct.  Don't you 
think it succeeds?  :-)
