[cowiki-dev] Cowiki.org backups

Due to the recent problems, I've changed the backup procedures for  
the site. The database is dumped every two hours and archived ad  
infinitum. I will probably keep about a year's worth.

If anyone requires a dump file, it is very easy to retrieve.
