Vish if you're around, this appears to be a mysql database problem. 
Cowiki gets logs this:

[30-Jun-2005 05:26:28] 0.081 | ERR | StorageMySQL (126): MySQL error

Interestingly, it seems that it's only that table.  All other logs on
the server are readable only by the user root or the mysql user.

I'm going to be up for a while, so if Vish or anyone with sudo powers
on the server wants to take a look at this, hit up "squegie" on aim,
or "anotherordinaryperson" on yahoo, or 27177616 on icq and I can
assist.  I would try just restarting mysql first to see what happens.
