You are definetly cynical. You wanted to have an installer. An installer
that does migration work for you. You got one: it reports what it is going
to change depending on someones old installation. It say: I will remove
"fullindex" fields, I will convert your database to InnoDB automagically,
etc.

Once started it does its work and the user doesn't need to care usaually.

This has nothing to do with changed wiki syntax and its insufficient
documentation. If someone who uses an older coWiki version for a few years
and updates now, what do you think, will he be thrilled?

No, he'll be _extemely_ confused. Please make your maintainer work. Maintain
the project _and_ its end-user documentation :)
