Re: [cowiki-dev] Proposal to remove INSTALL.deutsch and INSTALL.polish

The hope is that in the future they are maintained, right?  How about 
adding a dated note that they are out of date, to see the english 
documentation, and to use the installer when it becomes available.  If I 
did it, it would have to be in English.  I sort of assume you can do it 
in polish/deutsch...
