comments on build 12 of CHM

I just downloaded build 12 of the CHM edition of the manual. For reference,
these are the files:

1. Most of the time I see ">>" in the documentation for external links, but
on the opening page, I see "&raquo" (see below).
 
2. I also note that the first 2 chapters are both called "PHP Manual". The
first is the screen you see below, but the second is actually "Table of
Contents" when you click on it.
 
3. I'm not sure I see the need for "copy to clipboard" links for 2 reasons:
(a) You can easily select what you want and hit "ctrl-C". What is the point
of duplicating elements of the system-provided interface? If you're going to
do that, why not also provide "print this page" in the body of the text?
Where do you stop?
 
(b) It's not clear just what is being copied to the clipboard - the whole
page or just one section or just the examples. I know it's the example code
- I'm trying to make a point about the ambiguity of the "copy to clipboard"
link. Perhaps it should say "copy this example code to the clipboard". But
that's unnecessarily verbose.
