Yes, this is a known issue... Since it is not critical, a new release 
was not made...

The first two are identically named, since we had some problem with 
getting the name of the table of contents section if I can remember 
correctly. This might be a bit different in the next edition to be more 
user friendly.

Since the "copy to clipboard" links are all above the examples, it seems 
to be clear to me (as well as many others) that their task is to copy 
the contents of examples to the clipboard. We have introduced this 
feature for user request, since selecting the needed example, and 
pressing "ctrl-c" takes more time, then clicking on that link...
