some small issues

As I upgrade my site I come across a few smaller issues with drupal 
usability:

I wonder why the admin section is now integrated, into a menu system 
which requires me to click several times to access the admin item I 
want. In my world it is far better to have the admin section separated 
from the rest of the site. After all the administration of the site has 
other demands than the site has. For instance I do not want to look at 
or load all kinds of side blocks when I administer the site. Also I want 
easy access to the different tools in the admin section - which requires 
a different kind of navigation than the one provided with the standard 
Drupal.

I can see that navigation menus have become a high level priority in the 
community. I wish you would consider a fold out/drop down menu lay-out - 
like in phplayers menu. The tabbed top navigation that some of you use 
also looks good. Why not give it a potential two more levels? A couple 
of years ago I designed a banking site that way, and it still works 
(www.sydbank.dk)

Is it on purpose - or is it a bug in my site - that help texts show up 
on top of the admin forms? The result is, that I have to scroll down in 
order to access the form fields.

Other than that, I think 4.3 rocks!
