documentation

Hi,

I am hoping that we will together one by one improve the current 
documentation 
(http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.authentication.liveuser.php). I 
am sure alot of content is still missing. Beyond that we should one by 
one "inline" all the external documentation linked from the main 
documentation. The documentation should probably also get split up into 
chapters.

Any help is appreciated.

At the same time we need to make sure the inline phpdoc comments are 
uptodate.

Any patches, comments in any form (as in dont get scared off by docbook) 
would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in the docbook

all the entities are defined towards the bottom inside (though I wonder 
if that was a good idea to put them there instead of using the url 
attribute in the ulink tag):
