RE: Regarding the mailing list...

I agree with most people that using the general PEAR::Dev is not a good
alternative due to, as helgi noted, the noise rate. 

Regarding two separate lists (one for users and one for developers) I think
it might be a good idea in the future, but as of now I don't see any
specific need for such a division. 

And as soon as we get proper documentation up and running (hopefully) most
users will get answers to their questions there...

But hey, this is just my opinion... :)
