Norwegian bokmål translation of a2ps

Hi.

The norwegian bokmål locale was "renamed" from no to nb some time back.
a2ps still uses no and I would like to have that renamed to use nb. In
short rename no.po to nb.po and change the entry in ALL_LINGUAS
accordingly.
