Slamming my device back to 5.7.  I was mistaken on the os before when I
stated it occured on both 5.8 and 5.7.  using pxlcolor.ppd did not resolve
the hang (although it does resolve a different issue of the PrintCenter not
always realizing that the job completed, so i would still be curious to
know why that works, but raw doesn't)
