DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE. INSTEAD, POST ANY RESPONSES TO THE LINK BELOW. [STR Closed w/Resolution] Franz, This is a side-effect of how the current server is hosted. As you may or may not know, CUPS was originally developed by Easy Software Products and cups.org is still hosted by that web server. Since many web browsers still don't specify the hostname during SSL negotiation, the certificate selection defaults to the IP address that is used, which means you get the certificate for "svn.easysw.com" instead of "www.cups.org". We are in the process of moving cups.org onto Apple-managed servers which will not have this problem. In the meantime all I can suggest is to tell your web browser to accept the certificate for www.cups.org (it is a check box in Safari, not sure for the other browsers off-hand) so that you don't keep getting the warning. When the cert changes then all of the browsers will re-check as needed. Link: https://www.cups.org/str.php?L4271 Version: Web Site Fix Version: Web Site
