The code stops the job - we only abort for a handful of reasons, and a
temporarily missing filter is not one of them (the restart caused a new
check, which removed texttopdf from the known filters and caused the job to
be aborted).

Ordinarily the scheduler would realize the filter was not present and not
allow text files to be spooled since there was no filter, but in this case
it must have been present when cupsd started and later was removed, or
there is a distribution-specific change that disables the check.

Anyways, I don't think there is anything for us to do here...
