Ghostscript and GhostPDL 9.26 release

Artifex Software, Inc. is happy to announce the release of
GPL Ghostscript 9.26 and GhostPDL 9.26.

This fixes some security related issues reported post-9.25, as well as
the result of security "auditing" we have been pursuing internally.

As such, we highly recommend upgrading to this new release.
