no product version number in Windows binaries of Ghostscript

Hello,

The Windows binary executable "gswin32.exe" and "gswin32c.exe" contain
no version number of type "major.minor.release.minorRelease". I
explicitly see this item for 32 bit software Ghostscript version
9.23/9.26 and some older variants.

This is only a cosmetic problem at first glance. But well behaved
Windows executables should have this field. Some other software use
and rely on this meta information inside file header.

I use a software called SUMo found at
https://www.kcsoftwares.com/?sumo to look for older/out dated
software, which needs to be updated. Apparently this software use the
product version to took/decide for software updates. For Ghostscript
this field is missing. So Sumo never realize that installed
Ghostscript version is too old.

By accident i myself read about security issues concerning Postscript
and checked manually for installed Ghostscript. So i realized that on
my Window systems Ghostscript software was out dated.

So i would be nice if Windows binaries contain the desired product
version number.

Thanks
