Hello!
I'm looking for a JBIG2 encoder for making a comparison to my own bi-level
compression technique. I need lossy implementation of the technique but
unfortunately I have not found any implementation yet.
would you please inform me if there is a possible tool, product, code
(opensource, free ,proprietary: not matter)?
I also look forward for any help, contribution or suggestion on the subject.

With the best regards
Sadid
