JBIG2 halftone images

Hello,

I am using jbig2dec (at GNU PDF) and found out that decoding halftone
images do not work with my JBIG2 streams.

My test data is TD00001 (global stream) and TD00002 (page stream) from
GNU PDF
(http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/lh/pdf/libgnupdf/trunk/files/head:/torture/testdata/)

If I compile jbig2dec (0.11 or git head) with -DJBIG2_HALFTONE I get an
output PBM without the contained halftone gradient. (rest of the bitmap
is ok)

The second page of this document
(http://www.circuitwizard.de/pdftex/old-jbig2/foo.pdf) shows how the
bitmap looks like (with JBIG2 halftone image).

Please help me to fully decode this halftone image.
