Dan, we're planning to do the 8.13 fixup release from the GS_8_1X branch of cvs. I think it would 
be nice to have this go in as well if it's not affecting parsing of earlier verisons of PDF. Feel 
free to commit this and safe followup patches there as well.

Because we're doing the 8.13 release from a branch, there's no reason to hold commits to head.
