ps2ascii

Dear Sir,

I am using ghostscript 7.04 with GView 4.3 in Windows 98.

When I extract the text from my PS file using the menu "Extract text" 
option, the output ASCII text file looks fine.

But when I try to extract the text from the DOS prompt using the 
following command line
gswin32c -q -dNODISPLAY -dSAFER -dNOBIND -dWRITESYSTEMDICT -dSIMPLE 
ps2ascii.ps xx.ps -c quit >xx.txt

in few places the text gets merged. Particularly at the line ends.

One more problem. When I try ps2ascii, I get the following error.

Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Bad command or file name

Can someone suggest how to get a proper ascii text from the PS file from 
DOS command prompt.
