By software for comparison, you mean s/w available in two or more versions
- refactored and unrefactored?
That I'm aware, such example do not exist, unfortunately. The closest
things is Health watcher system:

But that is no refactoring, it is a case-study system developed in three
languages - two of them aspect-oriented - and available in ten snapshots.

If you don't mind using toy examples, you can also use Hannemann's
of the Gang-of-Four patterns in Java and AspectJ. But again, no parts were
derived by refactoring others.
