Request to participate in an online survey for PhD research - Thank you!

The purpose of this posting is to ask for your participation in a 
very short survey that gathers information on offshore software 
development efforts. It is a doctoral research project for a PhD in 
Information Technology degree from  Capella University. The study 
will look at the on-time delivery and adherence to requirements of a 
software development project and their dependency on the skill sets 
of offshore software developers. If you are a software developer 
working in the US and had an experience working with a software 
developer offshore, please complete the survey online at

Participation in the survey should take less than 5 minutes and is 
strictly voluntary. You can stop at any time without any consequence.

Any information provided during the survey will be kept strictly 
confidential. Results of the research will be reported as aggregate 
data only, and no personal information will be presented.

No direct or immediate benefits will result from your participation 
in this research. However, the results would contribute to a better 
understanding of the dynamics of software development offshore from 
a software developer skill sets perspective.
