Our client has an immediate opening for a Programmer Analyst who is an expe=
rienced C++ programmer with strong object-oriented background, has practica=
l working knowledge of the C++, MFC, ATL, STL standard library, has experie=
nce building applications using Microsoft .Net  (C#, ASP.Net, ODP.NET, .Net=
 Framework), and also has experience in accessing Oracle from C++ applicati=
ons.=20=20
Requirements=20
    * Experience developing reusable class library, ATL/STL and com+=20
    * Experience with the Oracle Pro-C pre-compiler=20
    * Experience with MS .Net, c#, .Net framework, ASP.Net=20
    * Experience accessing an Oracle DB via ODP.NET=20
    * Strong SQL database manipulation experience=20
    * Familiarity with Oracle Forms and Reports development environment=20
    * SPSS statistical programming experience a plus=20
    * Experience with macro programming language a plus=20
    * Documentation of application via Design and Functional specifications=
=20
    * Team-oriented, goal-focused self-starter capable of working with mini=
mum supervision=20
    * Firm understanding of object-oriented analysis and design=20
    * Ability to work directly with business unit managers to identify and =
capture requirements=20
    * Knowledge and use of Agile development methodologies=20
    * Must be able to code, test, debug complex application=20
Additional valuable background in one or more of the following:=20
    * Experience adhering to project management procedures and policies=20
    * Knowledge of Delphi programming and development environment=20
    * Experience with XML technologies (XML, XSD schema, XSLT transformatio=
ns)=20
    * Classic ASP web programming and Dynamic HTML scripting=20
    * Experience with SPSS statistical programming package=20
    * Experience with WordPerfect macro programming language=20
    * Experience with test development and scoring applications=20
BS in Computer Science or related field=20
Candidate will be expected to work independently in all phases of the softw=
are development life cycle from requirements through testing.  Strong stati=
stical or mathematics background is highly desirable.
